🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD/MD/MPH etc.)
• 10+ years in biotech, pharma, analytics or population health
• Ability to translate healthcare data into strategy
• Strong knowledge: rare diseases, health delivery, analytics, policy, commercial strategy
• Matrix leadership and cross-functional collaboration
