Talent Acquisition Lead

📋 Description

• Support recruitment for TIC industry across business units
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Partners on hiring needs
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, direct sourcing
• Screen candidates and present quality shortlists
• Build talent pipelines for niche roles and engage candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology or related
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment
• Experience recruiting technical/engineering/lab/industrial roles
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, networking
• Experience with ATS; SmartRecruiters is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
