📋 Description

• Lead and support cross-functional business transformation and operational improvement initiatives
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify process gaps, manual workarounds
• Translate business requirements into practical process improvements, reporting solutions, workflow
• Support prioritization, sequencing, readiness, change adoption, and implementation of business
• Support enterprise platforms and operational tools by coordinating enhancement requests, gathering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, analytics, information systems, program
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, business analysis
• Experience working with enterprise applications, operational platforms, reporting tools, workflow
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms, technologies, and business processes and
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing, enabling adoption

• Base salary: $120,000–$165,000 USD annually, with individual compensation determined by location
