Credit Card Counsel

📋 Description

• Embedded legal partner to engineering, product, and design teams
• Advise on spend management features, data flows, and regulatory implications
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on risk, privacy, and disclosures
• Draft and maintain customer agreements and disclosures for spend software
• Support product launches and partner arrangements with regulatory input
• Translate complex requirements into practical product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in law firms and tech/fintech advised on credit/card matters
• Knowledge of TILA/Regulation Z, ECOA/Regulation B, UDAP/UDAAP
• Familiarity with card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to draft memos and customer terms
• Ownership mindset; comfortable with fast-paced, complex problems
• Law degree and bar admission in at least one jurisdiction
