Treasury & FinOps Manager (Operational)

📋 Description

• Own Influur's treasury and financial operations: cash, collections, payments, AR/AP, and seller
• Operate with a focus on automation and AI to scale the treasury function.
• Transition from 80/20 operational/strategic to 60/40 as the function matures, expanding to banking
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, collections strategy, cash management, payment calendar, and
• Maintain an operational banking relationship and drive process automation and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Real experience in financial operations or treasury.
• Ownership attitude with ability to drive topics to closure.
• Comfort with AI and automation.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Willingness to grow into the strategic layer (Stage 2).
