Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Guide new customers through the implementation process to achieve rapid time-to-value
• Lead implementations with multiple stakeholders and complex technical requirements
• Provide kickoff calls, configure platform templates/workflows, and train customers for
• Track milestones and manage expectations; identify and solve technical challenges
• Coordinate with Account Managers for smooth handoffs and document customer configurations
• Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or training, preferably SaaS or construction tech
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for diverse workflows
• Proven track record of reducing timelines and boosting customer satisfaction
• Experience with multi-stakeholder implementations and complex integrations
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven process improvement mindset
• Experience delivering engaging virtual training and rapid-learning sessions
