📋 Description

• Senior REMUNERATION role focused on APAC EBITDA growth
• Structuring, reviewing, analysing and monitoring remuneration opportunities
• Collaborate with APAC COO, CFO, CEO and country executives
• Leverage FP&A and People/Performance teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years executive remuneration structuring experience
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Data analytics, BI & reporting tools: TM1, PAW, Power BI, Cognos
• CA / CPA equivalent
• 5+ years commercial management & financial decision support
