📋 Description

• Own end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal development
• Manage proposal workplans, timelines, milestones
• Coordinate across Strategy, Media, Creative, Analytics, Tech, Finance, Legal
• Translate pursuit strategy into tailored narratives
• Tailor submissions to client needs and procurement
• Oversee third-party consultants and procurement comms

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years in proposal mgmt, agency growth, or related fields
• Experience leading complex RFP/RFI responses
• Strong writing, editing, and comms skills
• Excellent project mgmt with multiple deadlines
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience KNOWLEDGE MGMT systems or content libraries
