• Execute end-to-end employee termination processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal
• Perform termination calculations and validate amounts under Brazilian labor legislation (CLT).
• Ensure all deadlines related to employee offboarding are met.
• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain termination documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on offboarding matters.
• Conduct analyses, audits, and validations to mitigate labor-related risks and ensure data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in People Administration/HR Administration, especially with employee termination
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and offboarding obligations.
• Experience performing and reviewing termination calculations.
• Knowledge of eSocial, FGTS Digital, Conectividade Social, and related processes.
• Experience with payroll systems and HR management tools.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for controls, reconciliations, and data management.
