Head of Impact & Sustainability

📋 Description

• Lead ESG accountability strategy and oversee philanthropic foundation and employee giving
• Develop and execute a comprehensive impact strategy aligning with Cohere's mission
• Establish measurable ESG framework across environmental, social, and governance areas
• Oversee philanthropic priorities, partnerships, and university collaborations
• Create scale and promote employee giving and volunteer programs
• Communicate impact strategies with internal and external audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in ESG, sustainability, impact management, or philanthropy leadership
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ESG strategy experience in technology/enterprise software
• Experience establishing philanthropic foundations or corporate giving
• Strong ESG frameworks, reporting standards, regulations knowledge
• Ability to measure/report social and environmental impact with metrics
