Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full accounting cycle, including reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, and
• Oversee job costing and WIP schedules across multiple construction projects for profitability
• Manage percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and progress billing for residential
• Provide financial guidance to leadership to balance accuracy, compliance, and business needs.
• Lead integration and optimization of external apps with QuickBooks Online to improve workflows.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, subcontractor payments, and vendor

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies; CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction/j ob-costed accounting across multiple projects.
• Experience with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams in relevant environments.
• Ability to make sound financial judgments in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Experience coaching accounting professionals; knowledge of federally funded project accounting is
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google Workspace tools, Zoom; experience integrating
