📋 Description
- Analyze, design, and administer compensation programs covering base salary, short-term incentives
- Develop, maintain, and communicate salary structures, job grades, compensation budgets, guidelines
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to provide compensation guidance for new

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs, including
- Previous government contracting experience is required.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency, including experience with PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, graphs, and charts.
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with exceptional
