- Manage daily construction, administrative, and technical aspects for energy efficiency and
- Support Senior PM with budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
- Travel regularly to project sites to support delivery.
- Oversee safety and quality, ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Coordinate vendors/subcontractors; review bids and manage scope/schedules.
- Maintain project documentation and two-week look-ahead schedules.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma; engineering/construction coursework preferred.
- 5+ years construction PM experience, large-scale projects.
- Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and customers, vendors, subs, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of PM practices, mechanical/electrical systems, codes.
- Strong OSHA safety standards knowledge and ability to promote safe practices.
- Experience with energy efficiency tech: direct digital energy controls, VFDs, renewables.
