Traveling Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage daily construction, administrative, and technical aspects for energy efficiency and
• Support Senior PM with budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
• Travel regularly to project sites to support delivery.
• Oversee safety and quality, ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate vendors/subcontractors; review bids and manage scope/schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and two-week look-ahead schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; engineering/construction coursework preferred.
• 5+ years construction PM experience, large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and customers, vendors, subs, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of PM practices, mechanical/electrical systems, codes.
• Strong OSHA safety standards knowledge and ability to promote safe practices.
• Experience with energy efficiency tech: direct digital energy controls, VFDs, renewables.
