📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end HR operations programs within Global People Experience.
• Implement Agile methodologies and AI-driven improvements across employee lifecycle.
• Translate SOX/regulatory requirements into scalable, tech-forward employee experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business acumen with problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite, HRIS (Workday preferred), Jira (Jira Service Management), and ATS
• Experience applying Agile project management to HR initiatives and AI-driven transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years HR experience; 3+ years in generalist or program manager
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
