📋 Description
- Day-to-day contractual reviews, negotiations, and drafting of commercial agreements
- Use standard templates for service terms, subcontracts, consultancy, agency, and reseller agreements
- Ensure terms align with company policy; amend and extend existing agreements
- Manage renewal/extension dates and negotiation timelines
- Present legal issues to management with analysis and recommendations
- Ad-hoc duties as required
🎯 Requirements
- Doctor of Laws or Legal Degree
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- Very good command of English
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Excellent analytical skills to identify risks and propose solutions
