Registered Nurse (RN)

📋 Description

• Provide pediatric and adult home health nursing care to clients in assigned areas
• Travel to one client home on a schedule you choose
• Follow doctors' orders, perform assessments, and document observations
• Offer one-to-one client care with a focus on compassion and reliability
• Support families with education and care planning

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to client homes for care delivery
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Pediatric and/or adult home health experience preferred
