AI Change Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs, engagement materials and adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums, including leadership meetings and action tracking.
• Support AI learning pathways to build employee confidence and adoption.
• Plan and deliver AI-focused corporate event for programme objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or similar.
• Strong experience in organisational change, digital/AI adoption programmes.
• Ability to develop change strategies, adoption plans and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
• Strong governance experience: risk, issue, dependency and decision management.
• Experience designing or supporting learning and employee adoption programmes.
