• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy and adoption plan
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders
• Develop communications plans, messaging and adoption content
• Coordinate AI governance forums and action tracking
• Support AI learning pathways to boost adoption
• Lead major AI-focused corporate event planning

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or similar
• Strong experience in organisational/digital/AI adoption programmes
• Ability to develop change strategies and adoption campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership influence
• Strong governance experience: risk, issue, dependency, decision management
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programmes
