• Define and maintain AI Change Strategy and adoption plan
• Engage senior leaders and key stakeholders
• Coordinate communications, FAQs, and adoption materials
• Lead AI governance forums and action tracking
• Support AI learning pathways and adoption initiatives
• Lead planning/delivery of a major AI-focused corporate event

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as Change Lead/Manager or Transformation Lead
• Strong background in organisational change and AI/digital transformation
• Proven ability to develop change strategies and adoption campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Governance experience: risk, issue, dependency, decisions
• Experience designing learning and adoption programmes
