• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy and adoption plan
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders
• Coordinate AI governance forums and action tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Change Lead, Change Manager or Transformation Lead
• Strong background in organisational/digital/AI adoption programs
• Ability to develop change strategies and communications campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership
• Strong governance experience (risk, issue, dependency, decisions)
• Experience designing learning and employee adoption programs
