• 2+ years in end-to-end project management and process improvement
• 2+ years analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and resolve deficiencies
• 2+ years in process improvement and workflow design
• 2+ years presenting to Senior Leadership
• Experience leading teams to reach consensus on decisions
