Sr. Physical Security Hardware Specialist

📋 Description

• Assemble, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security system infrastructure and video management
• Install and service access control, CCTV, and related security platforms across multiple
• Collaborate with security staff and stakeholders to develop procedures and train users.
• Manage inventories, parts, and vendor coordination for large security projects.
• Develop streamlined processes to improve reliability of security technology.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years with security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, etc.).
• Experience with Lenel Access Control, Avigilon software; Microsoft Visio is a plus.
• Lenel and Avigilon certifications preferred; space/aviation/military background valued.
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and ability to read schematics and use precision tools.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: Level 3: $125,000 - $175,000 per year.
