📋 Description

• Manage execution of key operational functions incl shipment, receiving, processing
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising via restock and floor changes
• Plan and execute visual floors with payroll and business needs in mind
• Move dynamically on retail floor to support business needs and guests
• Lead by example and inspire staff in daily ops and guest experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to execute company-level directives, projects and initiatives
• Values feedback and is receptive to coaching
• Job Level: Associate
