• Support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest in a cultivation operation
• Perform daily plant care tasks to keep plants healthy
• Monitor growing environment and ensure quality standards
• Assist with harvest, curing, weighing, and inventory recording
• Maintain clean, sanitized cultivation areas and proper labeling
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals

🎯 Requirements

• Natural green thumb with passion for working with plants
• Experience harvesting in professional or home settings
• Team player with reliability and attention to detail
• Strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
• Solid math and ability to use a scale
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
