• Regional people manager for Patient Care teams in assigned European markets
• Own team performance, quality reviews and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with Country Managers and Global Head to align priorities
• Bridge global standards with local execution using data and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer support, patient experience, or service ops
• 2+ years managing people across multiple European countries
• Data-driven with dashboards and operational reporting
• Quality review/moderation program experience
• Fluency in English; proficiency with Jira/Notion or similar PM tools
• Nice to have: healthtech/marketplace背景, AI/tools, Intercom/Zendesk, SQL knowledge
