Assistant General Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection

📋 Description

• Support Intuitive's international operations in privacy and data protection.
• Provide strategic advice on EMEA privacy laws (EU, UK, Switzerland, etc.).
• Advise on product development, compliance, and data practices.
• Collaborate with privacy team on global privacy approaches.
• Develop and deliver privacy training for staff.
• Promote a culture of privacy compliance across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years' privacy law experience, GDPR focus.
• Law degree; licensed to practice.
• CIPP/E certification required; other privacy certs a plus.
• Experience advising diverse teams on data privacy, AI, and tech laws.
• Life sciences/medical devices experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
