📋 Description

• Lead store operations, driving profitability and efficiency on the sales floor.
• Lead inventory management; investigate and root-cause accuracy gaps with GM collaboration.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, vendor relationships, and facilities with Ops/Visual Manager.
• Ensure staff are trained, engaged, and aligned with company standards and cadence.
• Maintain safe, high-energy store environment and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a team.
• Willingness to work variable shifts and during blackout/holiday periods.
