• End to shipment handling and documentation accuracy
• Enter commercial data into CW1 transport system and maintain data quality
• Act as the face of the company to customers; communicate shipment status
• Collect and share documents with stakeholders; inform customers of changes
• Consult and support clients with queries; coordinate with internal departments
• Prepare shipments from pickup to delivery; ensure timely processing

• Experience in sea cargo or freight forwarding operations
• Strong data entry and document management skills
• Customer-facing communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with transport management systems (e.g., CW1) and invoicing processes
