Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager/PV Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead client-facing safety projects delivering high-quality PV services
• Serve as key client contact to define expectations, timelines and objectives
• Coordinate activities across PV teams to meet regulatory and client needs
• Develop project plans with milestones, deadlines, dependencies and deliverables
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare regular reports for clients and internal management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven PV experience with ICSR processing, quality review, and reporting
• Previous PV project management experience (CRO/pharma environment)
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field
• Strong PV processes knowledge and data quality focus
• Experience managing projects from planning to delivery
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders in pharma/Life Sciences
