📋 Description
- Own NA ER caseload, span US and support MX as needed.
- Investigations from intake to closure, timely and legally-sound.
- Advise/coaches managers on sensitive performance/conduct issues.
- Partner with Legal on risk, docs, and resolution strategy.
- Maintain clear case docs in HR Acuity.
- Scale ER infra, including whistleblower hotline and escalation.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in employee relations with investigations ownership.
- Proven ability to solve ambiguous, first-of-kind cases.
- Strong US employment law knowledge.
- Experience supporting Global teams and ER systems.
- Excellent written comms and confidentiality handling.
- Experience with formal ER case management system.
