- Strategic HR partner for designated business units.
- Translate business priorities into HR initiatives (org design, talent, change, performance).
- Drive leadership capabilities and employee experience improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related; Master/CIPD/SHRM desirable.
- 5+ years HR experience; 3-4 years in strategic HRBP roles.
- Strong P&L, business acumen; data-driven decision making.
- Experience with employment law in Germany, France, Poland, UK.
- Excellent communication and executive coaching skills.
