- End-to-end recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Prior principal or senior recruiter roles in hardware/production domains.
- Strong German market sourcing experience and pipelines building.
- Proficient with modern TA tech stacks and AI-powered solutions.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable pipeline insights.
