Production Training Coordinator (PM Shift)

📋 Description

• Train plant employees on job skills and cGMP standards
• Maintain training records; run reports in the training tracking system
• Train personnel on equipment operating procedures, documentation practices and GMP
• Facilitate onboarding, system access, and safety training
• Ensure training is current and properly documented per cGMP
• Support area trainers and assist in developing training materials and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role, manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact across levels
• Well organized with attention to detail
• Experience implementing and maintaining quality systems
