📋 Description

• Lead HR strategy for India and UAE with regional and global alignment.
• Partner with global People Operations and Legal to ensure compliant, scalable practices.
• Own employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and policy infrastructure.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a hybrid setup (4 days in office).
• Design locally compliant policies translating regulatory complexity into clear guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Leadership Pedigree: 15+ years HR, 5+ years as Director or Senior PBP across multi-country
• Regional Legal Mastery: Deep India regulatory knowledge (Gratuity, PF, ESI, Labor Code) and UAE
• Scale & Complexity Expert: Proven HR infra building in hyper-growth, handling complex
