📋 Description

• Lead sales driver for team; train and guide staff to meet goals
• Maintain product knowledge; provide features/benefits info
• Assist store ops: opening/closing, returns, special orders
• Coordinate task delegation among Sales Associates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales management and customer service
• Experience coaching/mentoring a team
• Proficient with MS Excel and RetailPro POS
• Self-starter with strong retail service focus
• Interest in riding community a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt
