Facilities Technician I

📋 Description

• Perform daily maintenance tasks on facility systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, etc.).
• Support logistics and inventory (shipping/receiving, tool tracking, materials handling).
• Troubleshoot issues across site infrastructure and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with contractors and technicians on small projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Document work through Jira or other ticketing systems.
• Ensure work is performed safely and aligned with EHS protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Reliable transportation or the ability to report to the worksite for assigned shifts.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including moving and handling
• Ability to work at heights and on ladders, as well as perform tasks that may require squatting
• Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, which may include lifting, standing
• Ability to work periodically or frequently in outdoor environments, including exposure to heat
