Health and Safety Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day H&S work at SF headquarters and US footprint
• Operate programs, respond to incidents, and engage employees
• Collaborate with EHS Lead, Workplace, Security, HR, Legal and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on H&S experience
• Strong knowledge of US OSHA and Cal/OSHA requirements
• Ability to translate regulations into clear decisions
• Experience with H&S programs, inspections, incidents, and OSHA recordkeeping
• Excellent SOPs, training content, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with H&S software tools and LMS
