📋 Description
- Lead cross-functional HR operations initiatives with senior HR leaders.
- Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations on workforce trends.
- Analyze HR data to identify patterns and actionable insights for leadership.
- Oversee HR projects, timelines, and stakeholder alignment from planning to execution.
- Improve HR systems, data reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
- Manage leave-of-absence administration and stay compliant with federal/state requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Analytics, or related
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight
- Proven ability to build dashboards and translate workforce data into senior leadership insights.
- Strong experience creating executive presentations and communicating data clearly.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Paycor, Greenhouse).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
