Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Vertical)

📋 Description

• Define the product vision for Nextiva’s healthcare comms platform and roadmaps.
• Drive integrations with EHR systems (Epic/App Orchard, HL7/FHIR) and SaaS workflows.
• Translate technical innovation into customer value and enable sales with clear messaging.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and GTM teams to shape healthcare offerings.
• Gather market and customer insights from providers and IT admins to prioritize priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, security, and legal to meet healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management for SaaS/cloud/healthcare platforms; 3+ years in healthcare tech.
• Strong technical background with API design, integrations, and data security; experience with EHR
• Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex tech to business outcomes
