📋 Description

• Lead the Operations transformation amid AI/automation focus.
• Build centralized functions: excellence, KPIs, AI initiatives.
• Partner with Tech, CS, Revenue, Finance to scale solutions.
• Establish change management to ensure adoption and stickiness.
• Set standards and governance for the Ops org across teams.
• Own data, KPIs, and operational reporting infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations or related field; 3-5 years leading teams.
• Track record building SOPs, KPI frameworks, and controls.
• Experience leading transformation; hands-on AI/tools governance.
• Strong analytics; define metrics and improve data quality.
• Experience owning ops tools and third-party platforms.
• Experience with L&D programs; drive capability development.
