📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for employees, leaders, teams, and external partners in
• Design and develop learning solutions: facilitator guides, workbooks, eLearning modules, job aids
• Apply adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences that drive knowledge
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify capability gaps and align solutions to business needs.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to promote on-the-job application of learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field
• 3+ years in training, learning & development, instructional design, or facilitation.
• English and Spanish bilingual; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning, assessment, and content development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging learning for diverse audiences (instructor-led
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
