📋 Description

• Lead and coach Sales Associates on the floor and in fitting rooms.
• Drive real-time KPIs to maximize sales during peak hours.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and product guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of product assortment and in-store operations.
• De-escalate difficult conversations with customers and team members.
• Support training, visual merchandising, and general store needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel/lifestyle retail preferred.
• Experience in a lead or senior role.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive results with KPIs.
• Resourceful, proactive, and capable of resolving conflicts calmly.
• Ability to work 15-20 hours/week, up to 29 hours during peak; evenings/weekends/holidays.
