Human Resources Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as in-country HR partner for clients expanding into LATAM with focus on Brazil.
• Own full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transitions, offboarding, and ongoing HR support.
• Balance labor compliance, vendor management (benefits brokers, accountants, HR advisors).
• Drive process improvements and integrate AI tools to automate daily HR tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regional initiatives and product improvements.
• Provide operational guidance on local market norms, payroll, and benefits across LATAM.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, International Business, Law, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in HR (HR Specialist/Generalist/Partner) with in-country expertise.
• Language: English (fluency); native/fluent Portuguese; Spanish a plus.
• In-country expertise: Brazil labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
• Tech: strong HRIS experience; familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, Slack, Zoom, SharePoint; AI
• Mindset: adaptable, self-motivated, comfortable in a remote, matrixed environment.
