Associate Director, Pharmacometrics

📋 Description

• Lead PMx strategy across projects and drive PK/PD analyses
• Ensure quality and timeliness of pharmacometrics deliverables
• Advise on advanced analytics, ML, and mechanistic modeling
• Deliver PMx regulatory documents and address agency comments
• Contribute to department goals and PMx process improvements
• Represent Pharmacometrics in core team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• PhD with 5+ years or MSc with 11+ years in PK/PD modeling or related field
• Strategic thinking and enterprise view
• Proven scientific track record and technical PMx skills
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Leadership competencies to influence and motivate teams
