Manufacturing Supervisor I

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate safe operations on MD Pack - B1 Shift (7am-7:30pm Thu-Sat and every other Wed).
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and customer service objectives are met.
• Drive cost reductions and OpEx improvements within the shift.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet the production schedule.
• Develop and coach direct reports; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Maintain effective handover and clear communication across shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; sciences or engineering preferred.
• Two years manufacturing or related experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience in SAP, Microsoft Office; familiar with safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.
• Experience in aseptic production desirable.
• Strong writing skills and ability to operate in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others and drive process improvements.
