Aseptic Shift Team Lead

📋 Description

• Perform cGMP manufacturing operations in biologics facility.
• Collaborate with engineers on set-up, calibration; perform rework and quality testing.
• Use systems (LIMS, SAP, automated controls) to collect/evaluate data and adjust processes.
• Assist in developing methods/procedures to control or modify manufacturing.
• Shift: 6am-6:30pm Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and every other Wednesday.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with 2+ years experience; or Associate degree with 1+ years; Bachelor’s
• Routine task execution with close supervision; able to recognize deviations from accepted practices.
• Ability to learn company policies and procedures; work under detailed instructions.
