Community Inclusion Support Specialist (DSP) - Community Living Support Program

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 in-home support and transport to events, appointments, and errands.
• Assist with daily living tasks: cleaning, laundry, meals, budgeting, routines.
• Support independence and day-to-day living in a community setting.
• Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate when needed.
• May include personal care and medication support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Experience with adults with IDD or customer service in caring roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve; strong communication.
• Professional demeanor and presentation with clients and families.
• Must be 18+ and able to provide references.
• Attendance at two weeks of paid in-house orientation/training.
