Genesis Consultant/Sterilization (Spanish and Catalan speaker)

📋 Description

• Onsite and remote consulting to hospitals and surgical teams
• Improve da Vinci Surgery programs via standardization, efficiency, training, and cost management
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams
• Launch, optimize, and sustain high-performing robotic surgery programs
• Deliver in-person and virtual consulting on workflow, OR efficiency, training, and cost containment
• Support events, product launches, and knowledge sharing across functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare experience considered
• 5+ years in healthcare or hospital management, preferably in B2B or leadership
• Experience with Operating Room departments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; flexible with hours
• English, Spanish and Catalan fluency; up to 70% travel
