📋 Description
- Lead safe, high-performing plant ops to meet SQDC goals
- Oversee daily production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse
- Develop leaders and build organizational capability
- Improve productivity, quality, capacity, and efficiency
- Own plant performance and financial results, cut waste
- Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Eng, and Quality for launches
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–7 years manufacturing leadership with safety, quality, cost responsibilities
- Proven experience leading fast-paced teams
- Strong ops knowledge: production, maintenance, quality, inventory, workforce planning
- Experience delivering via SQDC metrics
- Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, problem-solving experience
🎁 Benefits
- $165,000 - $175,000 base salary
- Annual bonus varies by role level
- Employer matching up to 3% of base salary for 401K
