• Provide customers with a great shopping experience and in-depth information on product features and
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures, returns/store credit, special
• Maintain store aesthetics, merchandising plans, and up-to-date brand/product knowledge.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and promote from within for career opportunities.
• Work in an industry you’re passionate about and support a friendly, safe work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience (retail)
• 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter with outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open to learning, engaging with the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro preferred)
